We want you to love your purchase from Magnolia May Art Studio. This policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements apply.
Change of Mind
Original artworks
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Made-to-order prints
As prints are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully and read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items (New Zealand Customers)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for purchases made in New Zealand.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a remedy. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
What to Do if Something Is Wrong
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos of: the item, the internal packaging and the external packaging (including labels), if damaged.
We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to find the most suitable solution.
Prints Fulfilled by a Print Partner - Faulty or damaged prints
Prints are made to order and professionally produced by a trusted print partner. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Magnolia May Art Studio within 48 hours of delivery with: your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of: the damaged print, the internal packaging and the external packaging (including labels).
We will liaise directly with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Approved claims may be resolved by a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
International Orders
For international orders, delivery timeframes vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.
