By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products & Images
We make every effort to display artworks and colours as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screens, lighting, and devices, colours may appear slightly different in person.
Product descriptions and images form part of the information we provide and are presented in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986. Minor variations in colour or scale do not constitute a fault.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any applicable charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
GST: Magnolia May Art Studio is not currently GST-registered. GST is not included in prices. If GST registration applies in the future, pricing and tax displays will be updated accordingly.
Orders & Availability
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind and subject to availability.
Prints are made to order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a genuine error (such as pricing mistakes or availability issues). If this occurs, you will be contacted and fully refunded.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided on this website are estimates only and may vary due to production times, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Magnolia May Art Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
Third-Party Fulfilment
Some products (including prints) are fulfilled by a trusted third-party print provider. These items are produced and shipped on a made-to-order basis.
If a print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our fulfilment partner’s claims process.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Magnolia May Art Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Consumer Rights (New Zealand)
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable.
