Processing Times

Original artworks
Each original artwork is carefully packed by hand and usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Prints (made to order)
Prints are produced after your order is placed and are usually dispatched within 9–14 business days.
Please note: prints are fulfilled by a professional print partner and shipped separately from original artworks.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and courier service.
Rural addresses may take longer than estimated delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any applicable rural surcharges or oversized parcel fees will be shown where available.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

International delivery timeframes vary by destination.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Magnolia May Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or courier delays outside our control, but we will always do our best to help.
